The world always seems brighter when you've just made something that wasn't there before
- Neil Gaiman, Author of films, books, and comics

Harrington Center is committed to growing artistic talent. There are opportunities to showcase artwork, to listen to musicians, and so much more. Sponsoring an artist goes directly to the artists. Many artists got hit especially hard this year without nearly as many public events or venues open, you can help fix that and help your local artists.

The Harrington Center for the Arts plans to renovate The Harrington School into a center for the arts, including a state-of-the art theatre. The Harrington School was completed in 1903 and is a registered historic landmark. It stands as one of the finest and most intact buildings of its architectural type in the state of Utah. It is a building filled with memories and the heritage of American Fork City. With the renovation and theatre addition, The Harrington School will once again be a shining jewel in Utah Valley.

American Fork has long been an area where the arts have been supported and flourished. We believe that through the renovation and building of the Harrington Center for the Arts & Theatre, American Fork will have a community venue that will promote a culture of creativity and learning.

My advice for life: dance and sing your song while the party is still on.
Rasheed Ogunlaru, life coach

HCA produces programming with a priority of making art more accessible to the general public. We aim to reduce inconveniences that act as a barrier between the community member and the artist. Where possible we offer free classes and events that bring together families and members of our community.

The HCA organization has been evolving and improving every year since its founding--garnering critical acclaim, cultivating a strong partnership with American Fork City, increasing support for the individual artist and arts organizations, and making the arts more accessible to the Utah County community.
